🦸♀️(Legacy) 5e - College of Glamour🦸♀️
The College of Glamour is the home of bards who mastered their craft in the vibrant realm of the Feywild or under the tutelage of someone who dwelled there. Tutored by satyrs, eladrin, and other fey, these bards learn to use their magic to delight and captivate others.
The bards of this college are regarded with a mixture of awe and fear. Their performances are the stuff of legend. These bards are so eloquent that a speech or song that one of them performs can cause captors to release the bard unharmed and can lull a furious dragon into complacency. The same magic that allows them to quell beasts can also bend minds. Villainous bards of this college can leech off a community for weeks, misusing their magic to turn their hosts into thralls. Heroic bards of this college instead use this power to gladden the downtrodden and undermine oppressors.
Level 3: Beguiling Magic
You always have the ☄️Charm Person and ☄️Mirror Image spells prepared. In addition, immediately after you cast an ☄️Enchantment or ☄️Illusion spell, you can cause a creature you can see within 60 feet of yourself to make a repeated WIS Save. Failure: The target has the ☠️Charmed or ☠️Frightened condition (your choice) for 1 minute.
Once you use this benefit, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest. You can also restore your use of the feature by expending one use of your Bardic Inspiration (no action required).
Level 3: Mantle of Inspiration
You can weave fey magic into a song or dance to fill others with vigor. As a Bonus Action, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die. When you do so, choose a number of other creatures within 60 feet of yourself, up to a number equal to your CHA modifier (minimum of one creature). Each of them gains a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to 2 x the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die, and then each of them can use its Reaction to move up to its Speed without provoking ☠️Opportunity Attacks.
Level 6: Mantle of Majesty
You always have the ☄️Command spell prepared. As a Bonus Action, you cast Command without expending a spell slot, and you take on an unearthly appearance for 1 minute or until your 🎲Concentration ends (as if you were concentrating on a spell).
During this time, you can cast Command as a Bonus Action without expending a spell slot. Any creature Charmed by you automatically fails its Save against the Command you cast with this feature.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest. You can also restore your use of the feature by expending a spell slot of 3rd level or higher (no action required).
Level 9: Mantle of Protection
Your performances exude a powerful aura of protective Fey magic. A number of creatures equal to your CHA modifier of your choice within 30 feet that can see or hear you have ADV on saving throws to resist the ☠️Charmed, ☠️Frightened, ☠️Paralyzed, ☠️Petrified, and ☠️Stunned conditions while your Mantle of Inspiration lasts.
Level 13: Unbreakable Majesty
As a Bonus Action, you can assume a magically majestic presence for 1 minute or until you have the ☠️Incapacitated condition. For the duration, whenever any creature hits you with an attack roll for the first time on a turn, the attacker must make a CHA Save. Failure: the attack misses instead, as the creature recoils from your majesty.
Once you assume this majestic presence, you can’t do so again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.
Level 17: Mantle of the Fey
You gain the ability to embrace the power of the fey. When you use your mantle of inspiration or mantle of majesty abilities, you may don the mantle of the fey as well. For a number of rounds equal to your CHA modifier, your creature type changes to fey, and you cannot be affected by any effects that would not work on fey. As long as you are under this effect, you may cast ☄️Confusion, ☄️Detect Thoughts, ☄️Entangle, ☄️Polymorph and ☄️Sleep without expending a spell slot or needing to know the spell. You have ADV on saving throws against being ☠️Charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep. If you have fey ancestry, you become immune to being charmed for the duration.
Once you’ve used this ability, you cannot use it again until you’ve finished a long rest.
