Dancers express their creativity through their movement. To these Bards, dance is art freed from the constraints of a single point in space and time; it is meaning unconfined by narrow definitions of words and structures of grammar. Dancers practice a way of being in harmony with the ever-whirling cosmos, emphasizing agility, speed, and grace.
Level 3: Dance Virtuoso (Flavor)
You have ADV on Performance checks you make that involve you dancing.
Level 3: Dazzling Footwork
While you arenât wearing armor or wielding a Shield, you gain the following benefits:
Unarmored Defense: Your base Armor Class equals 10 + DEX + CHA.
Agile Strikes: When you expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration as part of an Action, a Bonus Action, or a Reaction, you can make one âď¸Unarmed Strike as part of that Action, Bonus Action, or Reaction.
Bardic Damage: You can use DEX instead of STR for the attack rolls of your Unarmed Strikes, and when you deal damage with an Unarmed Strike, you can deal Bludgeoning damage equal to a roll of your Bardic Inspiration die + DEX. This roll doesnât expend the die.
Level 3: Inspiring Movement
When an enemy you can see ends its turn within 5 feet of you or an ally of yours within 30 feet of you, you can use your Reaction and expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to move up to half your Speed. Then one ally of your choice within 30 feet, who can see or hear you, can also move up to half their speed.
None of this featureâs movement provokes âď¸Opportunity Attacks.
Level 7: Tandem Footwork
When you roll đ˛Initiative, you can spend one use of your Bardic Inspiration if you donât have the â ď¸Incapacitated condition. When you do so, roll your Bardic Inspiration die; you and each ally within 30 feet of you who can see or hear you gains a bonus to Initiative equal to the number rolled.
Level 11: Leading Evasion
When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a DEX Save to take only half damage, you take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail. If any creatures within 5 feet of you are making the same DEX Save, you can share this benefit with them for that save. You canât use this feature if you have the â ď¸Incapacitated condition.
Level 15: Irresistible Dance
You always have the âď¸Irresistable Dance spell prepared. You can cast it without expending a spell slot.
Number of Uses: Once you cast the spell in this way, you canât do so again until you finish a Long Rest. You can also restore your use of the feature by expending two uses of your Bardic Inspiration (no action required).
Level 19: Dance of Creation
As a Bonus Action, you can target up to two allies of yours within 30 feet of you. You and both of those allies are concidered to be under the effect of the âď¸Haste Spell for 1 minute, but you do not suffer the lethargy at the end of the effect and you donât need to concentrate on it.
Alternatively you can choose a number of enemies within 30 feet of you equal to your CHA. Those enemies make a WIS Save. Failure: The enemies are considered to be under the effect of the âď¸Slow Spell for 1 minute, but you donât need to concentrate on it.
Number of Uses: You can use this feature once and must finish a Long Rest to use it again. You can also restore your use of the feature by expending four uses of your Bardic Inspiration (no action required).
