☠️5e - Exhaustion☠️

Exhaustion is split up into two sub-Conditions: Fatigue and Strife. Both can go from 1 to 5. If a feature or an effect mentions Exhaustion, it affects both Fatigue and Strife at the same time.

☠️Fatigue

You are subjected to the following effects:

  • You gain a penalty equal to 2 × X on all STR, DEX, CON d20 rolls you make.
  • Your Speed is reduced by  a number of feet equal to 5 × your Fatigue level.
  • Reaching 3 Fatigue gives you an Injury.
  • Reaching 5 Fatigue gives you a Permanent Injury.

☠️Strife

You are subjected to the following effects:

  • You gain a penalty equal to 2 × X on all INT, WIS, CHA d20 rolls you make.
  • Reaching 3 Strife gives you a Minor Mental Illness.
  • Reaching 5 Strife gives you a Major Mental Illness.
Ending Exhaustion

Long Rest: Finishing a Long Rest removes 1 Stack of both Fatigue and Strife.
