You gain the following benefits:

Knowledge from the outer Realms: Whenever you finish a 😴Long Rest, you gain 🎲Proficiency in one 💃Skill of your choice, or you master 2 levels of a 🗣️Language of your choice. You retain this proficiency or this language until you finish your next 😴Long Rest, after which you use this feature again. You can choose the same proficiency multiple days in a row.
