You gain the following benefits:

Dancer: You gain Performance proficiency. If you are already proficient in Performance, you gain an expertise die instead.

Battle Dances: As a Bonus Action, you can spend 2 Exertion to start dancing for 1 minute. You can only have one Dance active at the same time and you choose the dance out of the following options:

• Swift Dance: Your Speed increases by 20 feet and ⚔️Opportunity Attacks against you are made with DISADV.
• Warding Dance: Your AC increases by +2 and you gain a +1 bonus to Saves.
