You inflict a mind-eroding song on a creature that you can see within range. If the creature has an Intelligence of -3 or higher, it makes a repeated INT Save. Failure: The creature is ☠️Charmed for the duration.

While ☠️Charmed in this way, the target is struck with a rapidly repeating ballad that only it can hear; it takes 2d4 Psychic damage at the start of each of its turns, and it has DISADV on 💃Perception 🎲Checks and on CON Saves made to maintain its 🎲Concentration.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: This spell’s damage increases by 2d4 for each spell slot level above 1.
