You gain the following benefits:

Arcane Skill: When you fail a 🎲D20 Test, you can expend a spell slot to gain a bonus to the roll, potentially causing it to succeed. The bonus equals 2 + the level of the spell slot.

Vital Fuel: When you finish a Short Rest, you can expend a number of 💖Hit Dice up to your PB to recover expended spell slots. Choose spell slots to recover that have a combined level equal to no more than the number of 💖Hit Dice expended.

Number of Uses: You can use this feature a number of times equal to your PB, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
