You gain the following benefits:

Defensive: When you have the ☠️Prone condition, you don’t have DISADV on attack rolls. Attack rolls against you don’t have ADV because of the ☠️Prone condition.

Hop Up: When you have the ☠️Prone condition, you can stand up with only 5 feet of movement.
