☠️5e - Hidden☠️

You are Hidden from a Creature while you are both ☠️Unseen and ☠️Unheard by them.

• Your location is unknown to creatures you’re Hidden from.
• You have ADV on Attacks against Creatures you are Hidden from.
• If you are Hidden when you roll Initiative, you have ADV on the roll.

Ending Hidden
You stop being Hidden, when either the conditions for your Unseen Condition or your Unheard Condition end. This can happen in multiple ways:
Attack: You make an attack roll.

Being observed: A Creature makes a Perception Check to spot you and succeeds on their Roll.

Line of Sight: You step into the line of sight of the Creature you are hidden from.

Noise: You make a sound louder than a whisper or you cast a spell with a Verbal component
