Choose a creature you can see within range and whisper a frightful phrase that only the target can hear. The target makes a WIS Save. Failure: The target takes 2d6 Psychic damage and has the ☠️Frightened condition until the start of your next turn. Success: The creature takes half the damage only.

While ☠️Frightened in this way, the creature has Vulnerability to your choice of Bludgeoning, Piercing, or Slashing damage against the first attack that hits it, before the effect ends.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: You can target one additional creature for each spell slot level above 2.
